How does your MVA trauma therapy service work?

In most cases all that is needed is a doctor’s referral for counselling. Whether you are found to be at fault or not, you have access to medical benefits (including funding) under ICBC’s No Fault Benefits (Part 7).

Do I have to pay anything for your ICBC subsidized counselling service?

No. Recovery from a car accident often involves many complex factors. It can feel like an overwhelming burden in all facets of life: career, finance, relationship, and of course your overall emotional health and wellbeing. We remove the worry in your recovery by offering a no fee, fast intake service. We will provide you with the proper tools and resources to help aide you in your recovery.

Can I come in for treatment prior to receiving a referral from my doctor?

Yes. We typically get clients in for treatment within a week. In most circumstances we will intake a new client for 1-2 sessions upon receiving a counselling referral from your doctor. We do however require a doctor’s referral to access funding for sessions via ICBC.
